Job Profile: Operations Manager
Looking for someone with:
- Man-management skills
- People's person
- Be effective in stressful situations and ability to take right decisions
- Can handle a large team size and have an open communication channel with the team
- Good analytical skills, ability to identify effective metrics, data monitoring and interpretation
- Strong focus on consumer experience
Expectations from you:
- You will be responsible for the experience our consumers have offline
- You will be responsible for our daily order fulfillment
- You will be setting up a structure to ensure the order fulfillment happens on an auto-pilot mode
- Improve our sourcing and manage multiple vendors and setup teams for the same
- Hiring, training and on-boarding of man power and setting up teams for the same
