Job Profile : Manager - Operations

Looking for someone with :

- Past Experience in logistics industry operations

- Man management skills

- Be effective in stressful situations and ability to take right decisions

- Can handle a large team size and have an open communication channel with the team

- Good analytical skills, ability to identify effective metrics, data monitoring and interpretation

- Strong focus on consumer experience

Expectations from you :

- You will be leading a team in order to ensure end to end order fulfillment.

- You will be setting up a structure to ensure the order fulfillment happens on an auto-pilot mode and you focus on expansion and launching in new campaigns.

- Improve our sourcing and manage multiple vendors and setup teams for the same

- Hiring, training and on-boarding of man power and setting up teams for the same

- Maintaining excellent performance levels for the respective location
