Job Profile : City Head - Operations

Job Description :

- Accountability of handling and managing performances of city wide operations

- Ensure reporting with Data and Operations Managers/Incharges

- Meet and close Business Clients

- End to end client servicing - development, interaction, engagement and coordination.

- Team expansion, as and when required

- Ensure standard benchmark and performances are maintained across all hubs with efficient training of all managers with respect to the existing and new processes

- Report the city parameters and performance to the Zonal/Territory Head

Skill Set required :

- Graduate

- Past Experience in logistics industry operations will be a plus point

- Good communication skills

- Proficient with MS office specifically MS Excel and MS Word

- Handle a large team size and have an open communication channel with the team

- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles

- Quick Decision making and Problem solving
