Manpower Budgeting & Planning : Own the people cost & budget. 2. Talent Acquisition : Work on the EVP of Paras and build Paras as a preferred employer while hiring the best talent as per plan (TAT, Cost & Source blend) 3. Performance management & Engagement : Custodian of the employee performance, growth & productivity and run strong engagement agenda. 4. Skill & Competency - Define the processes & interventions to build Skills & Competencies across all levels of the organization and work out a developmental plan 5. Talent Management & Succession Planning - Identify talent & talent gaps for all critical roles in the organization and chalk out a journey for each role and its successor 6.
