Role Synopsis : Own the Topline and margin while leading the Revenue growth & Sales for Paras Group of Hospitals (Only premium colleges).
1. Create the strategic roadmap for Revenue Growth & Sales of Paras Healthcare
2. Establish alternate channels of sales while diversifying the channel mix
3. Work on increasing the share of wallet along with customer retention.
4. Develop successful GTM for all new launches of Paras Hospitals
5. Design, implement & lead the inside sales division for Paras
6. Lead the CRM and customer retention along with marketing function
7. Establish Paras's footprint through Partnerships & tie-ups
8. Lead the BTL / Trade marketing for Paras
9. Coach & mentor the sales teams across units
