Paras Healthcare - Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national financial regulations and company policies.

- Conduct regular audits and financial reviews to maintain accuracy and accountability.

- Collaborate closely with internal departments to align financial planning with organizational goals.

- Manage and mentor junior finance staff, promoting best practices in financial processes.

- Identify financial risks and opportunities to drive operational and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Professional Degrees: CA, CS with MBA in Finance or related field.

- Certifications (Preferred): CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.

Proven expertise in:

- Financial Statements Preparation & Analysis

- Financial Reporting

- General Accounting & Compliance

- Budgeting & Forecasting

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in the healthcare industry will be considered a strong plus.
