Set the direction and establish the approach of operations, improve the applications and IT infrastructure, and optimizes their business operations. 3. Establish data science &amp; move to predictive analytics for better patient outcomes &amp; services 4. Responsible for core systems, security, network, infra and system maintenance &amp; IT operations across the organization 5. Work on automation, AI &amp; customer lifecycle management through right digital applications 6 Overall custodian of Data, Infra, Security, Assets, and applications
