PURPOSE (WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR) The purpose of this role is to increase the outreach in the community by increased penetration, contact, and recruitment of influencers through a team of Outreach Campaign Associates. We expect you to troubleshoot for the team, identify the right profiles who can be targeted coupled with the highest quality of interaction between the team and the target. Parantapa Sciences Roles &amp; Responsibilities - 4-10 years of proven work experience, working on special projects/offline campaigns/social campaigns/political campaigns or assignments independently or with a team. - Ability to collate and analyze information related to the complete area of responsibility of the team - Responsible for various tactics and initiatives for engaging and increasing the outreach of the campaign executives (telephone outreach) - Leading a team of 5 outreach team members, and come up with ideas for outreach, persuade, motivate and analyze the behavior of influencers to come up with new ideas to reach out to the right people - You should be able to come up with disruptive ideas for creating higher penetration and growth - Should be able to support operations and planning for the team Skills Required Research - Ability to do data analysis - qualitative and quantitative - Strong Documentation Skills. - Knowledge of conducting extensive fieldwork mandatory, preferably discreet investigative research - Research experience in social/developmental sector in rural or urban areas preferable - Well versed of working on social media platforms and in using - Google Maps-Emails-G Drive, understands &amp; implements good data collection methodology Problem Solving:- - Ability to do problem-solving on a daily basis - Implementation processes - Motivate the team for high performance Excellent Interpersonal skills like:- - Active listening. - Leadership. - Motivation. - Flexibility. - Hindi English or any regional Languages Mandatory Parantapa Sciences We would like to work with you if:- You believe that life is a constant LEARNING and each interaction an opportunity to learn and be better You believe that TRUTH is not only spoken, but it is also shown in all our actions, our dealings, and our work You thrive on finding CREATIVE solutions and the problem is not a word in your dictionary.
