Innovating to create a better future is second nature to you - You follow a SYSTEMS DRIVEN APPROACH to all work and believe that outcomes are not derived by chance but happen through right planning - You believe that MISSION is at the heart of everything you do and no work, no person, no task is big and small as the mission is what drives us- Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Develop and implement PR strategies for our campaigns - Leading the team in the development, implementation, and integration of strategic communication plans that advance the business's brand identity in the market - Organize and manage various Public Relations activities - Researching and identifying emerging issues and challenges faced by the business - To oversee the creation of the organization's content; for example, newsletter, blogs, social influencers, and other marketing collateral materials - Oversees all online web content and communications as well as social media interactions - Acts as the business/product's spokesperson and lead point person in conventional media interactions, such as newspaper interviews, ensuring a positive portrayal of the organization at all times - Actively engages, cultivates, and manages press relationships that ensure the coverage of the organization's programs, events, public announcements, among other projects - Use different channels to optimize the campaign's reach and success - Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships - Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers and politicians - Coordinating with multiple advertising agencies and PR agencies for all types of media. - Need to maintain and grow healthy media relations Skills Required : - Min 10 Yrs. of experience in Public Relations - In-depth understanding of all PR related platforms relevant to the campaign - Good Team Management skills. - Excellent communication skills - Excellent Interpersonal/people skills - Post Graduate from any stream - Creative ability to research on different platforms - Experience from the Social Impact domain will be an added advantage
