Purpose : This person will work directly with the CEO / Founder. As the Chief of Staff / PM, you will work closely with the CEO / Founder on everything ranging from strategy and planning to special projects and executive coordination. This is a key role that impacts all areas of the business - you will be working with team members and leaders, both internal and external. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Identify, define, manage, and drive ad-hoc special projects and initiatives that are cross-functional and strategy to the company. - Build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business - operations, government relations, product, ops - to determine priorities of the CEO through weekly meetings and identifying opportunities to increase the leadership team and the company's effectiveness in execution. - Drive executive-level operations - strategic and OKR planning, business reviews, and Board meetings. - Facilitate effective decision-making throughout organisation - Builds the macro-level systems that can be used by functions for project planning, execution, and reporting - Engages with functions to understand their unique dynamics around project delivery and the environment they- re operating in so that they can co-create a project management framework for each specific function that enables effective planning, execution, and reporting for that unit - Maintain synergy with the overall tools, terminology, methodologies, reporting, and systems being used across the organization. Past Experience : - The incumbent should have worked in a dynamic environment - Should have experienced steep growth curve - Should have seen an organisation go through various phases of evolution - Has closely worked with the CEO / COO on setting up new verticals and businesses - Early members of startup teams that have now scaled to 250+ people - Familiarity with testing and learning/lean startup - Worked on projects involving high volume of collaboration - Few years of operational experience leading up to strategy experience
