Position : Lead Marketing Work Profile : To lead the organization's marketing program and develop an for effective outreach plan by communicating the work done by the various departments through all the channels. - Integrate all development, cultural, volunteer work being done across India under the Param Shakti Peeth - Identify the position of the brand and develop the value system to be used in all marketing efforts - Develop the communication plan for the organization and the various verticals - Identify all the channels- offline and online required to communicate the organisations work - Strategize marketing campaigns that are integrated across channels or designed specifically for either offline or online channel - Develop a team that works on content, graphics, creative, and social media management - Develop a team that implements the offline marketing campaigns- events, awareness campaigns, roadshows etc - Develop a network of vendors for all activities - Prepare annual budgets for the various marketing departments and fund allocation of each campaign. Experience : - 7-10 years- experience in marketing function with min. 2 years as a lead for marketing/communication or program specialist - In leading end-to-end digital campaigns from channel identification, budget and resource allocation to creative direction, execution and tracking the results&nbsp; - Experience in non-profit management, CSR/rural marketing backgrounds will be desired - Candidates from mainstream marketing but experience in either rural/urban development/ public health/ government programs can also apply CTC Offered- As per industry standards.
