The requirement is with a leading Global Asset Management into their legal team with working exposure on US or UK Laws into Investment Banking/Finance Domain.

Job Responsibilities:

- ISDA deliverables

- FCM agreement deliverables

- Maintenance of MFN tracker

- Maintenance of IMA tracker

- Update delegation agreements

- Update participating affiliate agreements

- Form D filings

- Blue sky filings

- Sub-advised mutual fund certifications and other deliverables

- Assist with Form PF updates

- Assist with Form ADV updates

- Document management

- Assist senior attorneys on fund launches and SMA onboardings

- RFP support
