Paralegal/Legal Analyst - BFSI

Opportunity is with a one of the Global Investment Management.

1. FCM, ISDA deliverables

2. Maintenance of IMA, MFN tracker

3. Update participating affiliate & delegation agreements

4. Blue sky & form D filings

5. Sub-advised mutual fund certifications and other deliverables

6. Assist with Form ADV & Form PF updates

7. Document management

8. Assist attorneys on SMA onboardings & fund launches

9. RFP support

Qualification:

- Candidate should have 3+ years of experience.

- Asset management domain & Cayman products will be a plus.

- Experience with US private and/or registered funds.
