Paradise Food Court - Senior Manager - Supply Chain

Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Own the central planning and logistics function for all product categories

- Supply planning, inventory optimization, inbound and outbound logistics

- Manage the Demand Planning Process to ensure improvement in Forecast Accuracy

- Manage Customer Service Levels across all restaurants

- Capacity and Network planning with the aim to achieve scalability & predictability in the complex make to order supply chain

- Material Requirement Planning

- Build new processes and re-engineer existing processes to improve supply chain productivity

- Build governance mechanism to ensure process compliance at warehouses, suppliers, etc

- Improve the maturity level of the S&OP process to ensure smooth integration across the business

- Develop and Implement IT solutions to enable Supply Chain to increase flexibility and reduce costs.

- Maintain a high level of coordination with other stakeholders of the company.

- Monitor and improve supplier fill rates to ensure zero stockouts.

- Manage the third-party logistics partners and streamline the end to end fulfillment operations

- Maintain benchmarks of 3 PL partners and suppliers

- Overseeing the optimal planning of routes for delivery vehicles and maximize resource utilization

- Optimize usage, efficiency, cost of own as well as 3rd party fleet

- Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.

- MBA preferred

- Hands-on in excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
