Paradise Food Court - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

Lead a F&A team of 10-15 experienced people

- Ensuring day-to-day accounting transactions and verification

- Ensuring proper and timely monthly closing

- Monthly review of books of accounts, preparation of variance analysis with commentary

- End to End control of all statutory compliances applicable to the Company such as GST, TDS, TCS, Income tax, FEMA, Companies Act etc

- Proper accounting of all the capex incurred by the Company

- Supervision of accounts receivable activities and reconciliations

- Payroll Review

- Review payments, imprest and other Accounts payable activities

- Cash flow management

- Preparation of Financial Statements - Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, MIS

- Co-ordination with Statutory, Internal Auditor and other consultants

- Attending to departmental audits and visits

- Co-ordination with other department and provide assistance as and when required

- Overseeing Vendor reconciliations and payment timelines

- Will report to Head of Finance.

Desired Candidate Profile: CA

Experience: 4 to 8 years

- Sound knowledge and experience in statutory compliances such as GST, Income Tax & TDS, Ind-AS, Banking etc.

- Hands on proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint

- Hands on experience on any ERP Software (Preferable Microsoft Navison)

- Excellent ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Candidate from Food & Beverages / Retail / Service industry will be preferred
