This role is in the marketing team and reports directly to the Head of Marketing, who in turn reports to the CEO.
Role description:
- Responsible for P&L for delivery channel for company
- To coordinate, drive, single point connects with all aggregators from operations point of view
- To drive the key efficiency parameters at store level to enhance revenue at store level for delivery sales
- To drive transactions, APT through delivery channel
- To coordinate, align with digital marketing to improve listing, positioning of paradise brand among aggregators app
What will you do:
- Partner with delivery aggregators to strategically showcase Paradise menu and products on the app
- Benchmark various competitors for their delivery strategies through Swiggy, Zomato etc to identify new avenues of growth
- Analyze delivery and revenue data to discover insights towards strategic decisions for the brand
- Optimize opportunities for building own app for delivery
- Manage operational matrices in coordination with online delivery partners to minimize revenue losses arising due to manual error or operational issues
- Build, develop, and maintain data reports, dashboards, and performance metrics of various channels of delivery/ takeaway like Swiggy, Zomato etc.
- Manage and optimize processes with internal as well as external teams to drive both operational and strategic changes that will have a positive impact on business.
What we are looking for:
Desired Candidate Profile: MBA Marketing preferred
Experience: 3-6 yrs in operations and marketing with online food delivery aggregators
