A successful Training Head will be operations experts who possess the leadership ability to continuously move our business forward. The Training Manager is a hands-on Manager who communicates regularly between the restaurant locations and Management, leads by example and ensure our standards are effectively communicated, implemented and measured at each location.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Create strong and consistent Paradise DNA and standardization across stores.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the induction process for new staff.
- Regular visits to the stores - interact and understand ground realities of store staff.
- Strategize, track and measure the success of training programs, generating meaningful reports, insights and share recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership team.
- Review and re-design training program and interventions basis business and organisation requirement.
- Keeping up-to-date with new interventions in store trainings in outside world.
- Exhibit strong budgetary controls on the training expense
- Maintain and upgrade relevant training material and records.
- Be the champion of both service and quality level at the store. Engage with vendors to assess the service level experiences.
- Basis training assessment and guest service experience feedback do the training need identification across the stores and design and execute training interventions to bridge the gap.
- Actively work with internal stakeholders to design and execute the training modules required.
Act as a coach and mentor for the store level employees.
Requirements:
- PG in Psychology / MBA in HR/ Operations
- Strong business acumen and sensitivity towards different brand essence.
- Leadership skills with ability to coach - effectively teach\develop others to next level.
- High energy levels - with ability to be involved in multiple tasks and ability to juggle.
- Effective listening and communications skills - simplify communication with ability to put the point across the board.
- Ability to do objective review - individuals and stores.
- Strong on devising need based interventions.
