Role Objective :

The role holder will be responsible for:

1. Identifying, executing, solving, and measuring Restaurant Level Problems that are structural in nature using Lean / Six Sigma approach,

2. Benchmarking best practices, and

3. Building robust governance around the same.

Aligns With : Operations, Marketing, HR, Maintenance, SCM, RnD or any other Function as necessary. Stakeholders include MD, COO, HODs, Area Coaches, Restaurant Managers, and team members.

KEY ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and Design:

1. Think: Develop & strategize excellence models relevant to the function in collaboration with the COO.

2. Act: Identify improvement opportunities thru data analytics and on ground diagnostics, benchmarking, Solve and Drive thematic improvement projects to enhance Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, safety continuously.

3. Support the organization digitalization and use of technology journey while engaging in the strategic and tactical digital use cases deployment.

Rollout:

1. Ensure delivery of business process improvement initiatives through the implementation of predetermined/agreed synergies.

2. Should be able to proactively identify rollout and implementation obstacles and thus assist in the managing the projects.

3. Be an active partner in the rollout of the agreed projects and execution, and also lead a few of the projects themselves.

4. Should be able to deploy the practices across the assigned sites/functions as per the corporate Execution Excellence plan

5. Be the organizational program manager for all OE processes in close collaboration with functional project leads

6. Coach and guide the users on utilizing these tools appropriately to implement projects and drive problem solving.

Governance :

1. Ensure drafting and tracking of the relevant success metrics with all stakeholders for project success

2. Coaching and guiding teams on using the governance metrics and MIS for continuous improvement.

3. Drive successful BAU adoption of newly rolled out interventions for the relevant functions

4. Drive organizational governance of all OE projects at a monthly cadence

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

1. An expert in the use of Lean, ToC and Six Sigma tools & methodology with the capability to train and conduct workshops

2. Analytical with strong command over MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Data Analytics and Power BI

3. Action-oriented and results-driven.

4. Ability to organize the work, plan well and prioritize based on impact

5. Ability to build a strong working relationship with all stakeholders

6. Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.

7. Strong communication skills

8. PMP certification

9. Ability to analyze statistical data
