Paradigm Realty - Head Accountant - CA

- To develop and implement accounting, costing and auditing procedures.

- Coordinating audit activities of Statutory, Internal, Income Tax and MVAT audits with preparation and finalization of audit reports.

- Ensuring computation of total income and timely payments of advance tax, service tax, MVAT and TDS.

- Preparation of monthly cash flow, financial MIS and project cost statements with customer collection statements required for bank financing.

- Ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers, contractors and vendors.

- Ensuring revenue accounting, receivable accounting, accounts payable and checking of bills for payments.

- Preparation of monthly cash flow, financial MIS and project cost statements with customer collection statements required for bank financing.

- Ensuring accurate and timely filing of returns like MVAT, service tax, TDS, income tax return.

- Resolving queries of other departments and vendors.

Note:

- Should be a Qualified CA

- Should be able to handle a team of 10-15 people.

Salary Offered : 9 - 15 LPA
