Senior Manager -Deal Origination-Front End Role-Merchant Banking/Equity Capital Markets Location: Ahmedabad Educational Qualification : MBA(Marketing/Finance) or CFA or CA - Minimum post qualification experience of 5-7 years in deal origination/front end/business development/client acquisition/client dealing/sales function of any sector (prior experience with financial service sector such as Capital Markets, Mutual Funds, Financial Institutions will be given preference) and a desire to further build career in Merchant Banking-Deal Origination side - The incumbent will closely work on deal generation front of Merchant Banking Industry. - Developing new markets for existing service offering such as Public Issues-Main board &amp; SME, Open Offers, Delisting and other fund raising / advisory services and generating new business opportunities with market analyses and competitive assessments. - Should have Business Development acumen and ability to identify opportunities and convert into deals. - Mature outlook, Strong people engagement and persuasive skills to place the business/service offering idea with clients and close the deal. - Strong public speaking skills, addressing seminars and public events, if required - Willing to travel extensively all over India, interacting with Professionals, Promoters and regulatory bodies. - Well-presented &amp; excellent oral and written communication skills. - Perform under guidance of Seniors, where performance will be the sole criteria of evaluation Niti MujumdarHuman Resource
