Pantomath Capital Advisors - Associate/Senior Associate/AVP - Investment Banking - M&A/Private Equity/Debt Syndication (3-5 yrs)

- Frontend role in Investment banking (Associate/Senior Associate/AVP), in our group company

- We are looking to expand our team by adding professionals who are passionate about investment banking and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. We work with new age companies and strive to make a real difference to clients' business by providing high quality strategic and financial advice along with transaction execution services.

- Work Experience (mandatory): 3-5 years of investment banking experience with track record of working across M&A/ fund raise. Should have managed end-to-end deal life cycle and successfully closed multiple transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Candidate will be a key member of the team and would be involved in end-to-end life cycle of transactions

- Contribute in business development and creating deal pipeline through desktop research, preparing pitches and new client engagements

- Take ownership of preparation of Transaction Collaterals - Teaser/ Pitch Document, Information Memorandum, Financial Model etc

- Evaluating and advising clients on valuations using various methodologies including DCF, comparable transaction multiples

- Precedent Transaction Multiples, Public Market Multiples

- Stewarding transactions through legal, statutory diligence and structural processes

- Maintain Deal and Investor Trackers and track recent developments in relevant sectors as well as regulatory changes

- Experience in deal closures and strong network within investor ecosystem will be an added benefit

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking.

- CA/ MBA/ CFA degree a must along with strong Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint skills include ability to build financial models from scratch

- Superior written and oral communication skills with ability to understand & articulate the requirements and specifications

- Familiarity with business valuation techniques

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and documentation process would be a plus

- Understanding of capital markets is necessary

- Knowledge of gathering of Brokerage research report and analysis of the same is a critical DNA to have

- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently

- Analytical and problem solving skills; ability to multi-task; strong attention to detail
