Responsibilities - Hire for open roles across Tech & Non-Tech teams in a fast-paced environment within a given timeline. - Provide a great hiring experience to candidates, recruiting partners, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. - Leverage both outbound and inbound sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates for every open position. - Effectively communicate Pankhuri's story, the value proposition to candidates & build a meaningful connection with them to get them on board. - Make hiring efficient by simplifying complex hiring processes and automating a few steps of the process. - Share regular updates on hiring to all the internal stakeholders. - Implement HR policies, processes, and run payroll. - Co-own the planning & delivery of company-wide social & employee engagement events. Requirements: - 1+ Years of proven experience in Technology & Product Hiring. - Strong communication, problem-solving & analytical skills. - Experience working in venture-backed Tech startups is a plus.
