Post B-School (Chicago Booth) from 95 through 2006, Ashok led I2's global expansion into the Asia Pacific and Japan regions, building a category defining company from scratch. As Executive Director at Dell and VP - Digital Transformation at CA Technologies, he helped some of the world's largest businesses rethink the way they operated. A founder himself, Ashok built a cloud-sharing application, in the pre-Box/Dropbox world too! When he is not closing million $ deals, you'll find Ashok humming the Queens, or trying really hard to defend the efficacy of his dinosaur Android phone! Shreya Dugar : Shreya has designed products for GE, Honeywell and the National Innovation Foundation and was Lead Designer - Enterprise Applications @Think Design. Before that, she worked on designing processes and products for Twist Open Innovations, and the Center for Environmental Education, since graduating from Srishti School of Design, Bangalore. She enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and disagreeing with everything you say (although you- d hate to accept it, she mostly makes sense). Arjun Verma: Arjun has sold technology products at SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce, and consulted with Ernst &amp; Young as the Head for their CRM Practice. From his first job as a sim-card salesman (- Corporate Account Manager- ) for Vodafone, to his last stint as Enterprise Accounts Director for SAP, he has sold multi-million dollar deals to some of the world's largest enterprises, helping them in their digital transformation journeys. When Arjun is not busy with his baby girl, you will find him playing golf, learning Spanish, and training aspirants for the Entrance Examinations for the National Defence Academy (he was accepted into the Academy in 2004). Deepti Khemka: An Economics major from Warwick University, Deepti led marketing teams at Aon in India and the USA, managing multi-million dollar budgets for the insurance major, before she went to Columbia University for an MBA. Post B-School, Deepti helped a number of startups build their B2B marketing/sales operations from scratch. Deepti is a South Bangalore girl who lived and worked abroad for 8 years, before moving back in mid 2018. She is new to and loves Chennai! What are the Responsibilities? - Analyse customer data, revenue and find success that is measurable in SQLs and pipeline. - Serve as a liaison between GTM teams, upper management and clients to successfully develop a comprehensive, full-funnel sales operations strategy - Assist marketing and presales teams in determining outreach methods and campaigns understanding of our efforts through great internal reporting and sharing of results. - Develop a strategy that combines both technical and data elements, to drive ongoing improvements in the operations and optimize them by bringing in ideas and improvements on new technology and software - Consider consumer and customer data and perform root cause analysis and risk assessment to track success, gap and revenue metrics - Develop collaborative partnerships across the organization to identify, launch and refine sales strategies. - Establish internal processes to optimize conversion. Get to the root of issues and blockers and then intelligently implement tools and technologies to get the job done . - Support with Sales analytics, reporting and forecasting on a quarterly, monthly or on ad-hoc basis - Drill-down analysis of KPIs and business measures to find the areas of opportunities and individual outliers What are the Key Requirements? - 5-10 years of relevant experience preferably in top-tier Enterprise SaaS companies - Must have B2B sales experience - Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, -HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc. - Being customer-centric - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent presentation skills - Proven sales leadership experience
