Senior Distribution Manager
Role & responsibilities
- Warehousing & CFA Management.
- RTM (distribution & route management).
- Distributor (Direct/ In-Direct) Mapping, Appointment, and Operations.
- ROI management of distributors.
- Grievances management of distributors.
- Process & adherence of supply to the retail (GT & MT).
- Motivate channel partners for involved & evolved business.
- Trade Marketing.
- Channel Strategy; Develop & execute strategies made for each trade channel (modern trade, general trade, wholesalers, etc.
- Retailer Engagement & Loyalty; Build & execute strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Also, structure a long term loyalty programme to engage retail partners.
- Promotions & Schemes; Plan & effective execution of trade promotions (discounts, margin schemes, etc.) to push volume and visibility.
- Point of Sale Materials (POSM); Design and manage the deployment of in-store branding materials (standees, danglers, posters, etc.
- Print & Outdoor Advertising; Coordinate with agencies for newspaper ads, billboards, radio, etc. (when required).
- On-ground Campaigns; Design & execute on ground activity to drive product trials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Cross function & Sales Team to align trade promotions with field execution.
- Create & Coordinate with Brand Marketing for consistent messaging.
Preferred candidate profile
- Masters degree in any field.
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in sales & distribution, Trade Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of distribution management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
