Panacea Biotec - Manager - Corporate Quality Assurance (6-8 yrs)
Educational Qualification: Preferably Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy
Age: 28-35 years
Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/bio-pharmaceuticals out of which about 2 years of experience in managerial role.
Role & responsibility and KRA’s:
- Should have worked in reputed pharmaceutical company with exposure in sterile formulations.
- Overarching the quality issues at manufacturing site.
- Follow-up on CQA findings as result of announced/unannounced audits.
- Routine communications with site QA head.
- To participate in monthly quality reviews at site.
- Responsible for overseeing the tech transfer activity.
- To participate in site audits.
- Review of QMS elements.
- To participate in investigations.
Competencies Required:
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical product and processes and aseptic manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of Equipment’s, HVAC, water system, pure steam & compressed air.
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- High & comprehensive know how in validation activities and pharmaceutical technology.
- Skilled in problem solving and investigations through corrective and preventive actions.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally.
- Excellent track record of sound decision making and good judgement.
- A team player.
