- Build a mechanism/team that serves as SPOC
- Collate a centralized database of all the queries/complaints/concerns received from clients and ensure they are attended to by internal teams
- Co-ordinate with all internal teams and sister concern to close/resolve issues complete client issue resolution
- Build SOPs for the department in order to record queries regarding services, processes and re-direct them to the respective manager/team member
- Escalate unattended matters to HODs and seek augmented support wherever necessary
- Manage a team of deputy managers
- On-board new homes Co-ordinate internally for Operations with other teams such as Acquisition and Portfolio Development to ensure timely meetings with clients, relay of relevant information, inventory, training, etc in order to launch
- Transition new clients
- Quarterly review of Profit & Loss
- Work closely with the Facilities
