Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Mumbai.

- The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations, manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare financial statements.

- Day-to-day tasks include financial analysis, cost control, financial reporting and liaison with external auditors.

- The role involves strategic financial planning and providing insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

- Expertise in Financial Analysis and Cost Control.

- Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting. Strong skills in Financial Reporting and preparation of Financial Statements.

- Experience in Regulatory Compliance and working with External Auditors. Excellent strategic planning and business decision support skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.
