Palladium Group - Senior Manager/Director - Business Development (9-16 yrs)

The purpose for this role is to expand the Palladium business in India through building and maintaining strong portfolios in Health sector with current clients and to pursue new client and business opportunities that utilize and complement our core skills and experience. This position is accountable for managing and growing a portfolio of work for the Palladium in India.

As a Palladium thought leader, the role will ensure that our technical solutions remain at the forefront of industry requirements and will oversee knowledge sharing around industry innovations and project successes. The role will lead the acquisition and delivery of high value technical solutions that deliver results and impact, continually meeting the changing needs and priorities of our clients and beneficiaries.

Your primary responsibility is to lead and coordinate business development ensuring profitable business development strategies that drive business growth across all practice areas. This needs to be achieved with minimal business risks and with due consideration for corporate and statutory compliance requirements.

- Business Development and Client Relationship

- Bring and build networks and connections with prospective clients and other stakeholders.

- Source, develop and grow large scale business opportunities in the health sector.

- Lead and contribute to proposals, client presentations and other BD deliverables.

- Develop and maintain strong relationship with senior level clients.

- Represent Palladium to establish and maintain the company's reputation as credible Positive Impact professionals.

- Address observed project risks and escalate where required.

- Business Strategy and Project Management

- In consultation with the Chief Executive Officer of Palladium in India, establish direction and develop strategies to achieve the Palladium vision. Lead and execute short and long-term organisational planning and strategy so as to maintain and develop business growth and approve business and project plans. Respond to internal and external market changes that could impact the achievement of the vision and strategies.

- Prepare and execute annual business plans and forecasts and achieve budgetary and business targets for your portfolio.

- Provide overall technical leadership in the quality and execution of large and complex consulting and project delivery engagements within your portfolio.

- Advise clients on further services and products that could enhance their business and promote Palladium's strategic offerings.

- Work with other partners and Palladium service lines to connect our thinking, enabling Palladium to provide more integrated development services and solutions.

- Advocate knowledge sharing throughout Palladium and in India.

- Leadership and People Management

- Implement effective people management through the use of agile working teams to achieve higher staff utilization and promote the development of all employees within the team.

- Ensure effective team leadership, communication, retention and engagement strategies within the team.

- Ensure the execution of Palladium's strategies as directed by the activities and priorities of the Board of Directors, the Palladium strategy, the Chief Executive Officer and the India Management Team. This requires - hands on- collaboration with the business- employees, holding them accountable for their responsibilities and actions.

- Lead a high-performance culture whilst upholding the company vision and guiding principles.

- Provide mentoring support and performance monitoring.

- Display a high level of personal integrity and set a positive personal example at all times.
