Palladium Group - Functional Consultant

- We are currently seeking Functional Consultant to work on the Digital Transformation Project for one of the clients.

- This position requires heavy interaction within the departments as well as with the IT Vendors. This individual will be a part of the team that assists customers in the City Transformation Office.

- The Consultant position is responsible for the coordinating all the initiatives being taken up for making the workplace go paperless.

- Working with the rest of the Professional Services department, this position will quickly assess customer needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the customer's satisfaction.

- The successful candidate must have a passion for helping customers find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Working with aggressive timelines and a full customer portfolio is required.

- Consulting experience on Digital Transformation and process improvement projects or as a functional consultant in large IT Implementation projects in BFSI domain.

Responsibilities Include:

- Gather and document customer business requirements

- Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations

- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by the IT Team

- Collaborate and communicate with the client and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
