The primary responsibilities of the Consultant are to:
- Understand client or external data and present analysis to project team
- Interact with client leadership
- Design and implement communication plans to citizens, stakeholders and client teams
- Manage organizing of workshops and events involving multiple stakeholders
- Help clients clearly articulate their needs; proactively seek out opportunities to be involved in winning new clients
- Provide feedback on proposed approaches for solving client issues and draft client proposal materials
- Conduct independent data gathering activities with clients
- Design qualitative and quantitative research tools
- Analyse market and client data sets to create insight
- Craft day-to-day client team communication without need for review
- Provide feedback on proposed approaches for solving client issues
- Draft client deliverables, presentation and proposal materials
- Help troubleshoot project issues/challenges and resolve conflicts
- Lead project work-streams
- Mentor new Palladium employees and junior team members
