This is a critical role where you will be required to work cross functionally and launch innovative products. You will be responsible for developing solutions, which includes launching products and working closely with the design and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a strong technical, analytical, and product background - with a hunger to make products grow. In this role you will : - Launch mobile app features/products on a regular basis. - Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy - Understand customer needs and gather product requirements - Be responsible for acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation metrics. - Engage closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule - Establishing a robust product strategy using inputs from internal stakeholders such as business leads, delivery leads and leadership teams, as well as keeping in mind market trends Requirements Total Experience : 3-6 Years Responsibilities - Engineering Degree from a reputed university - MBA from a reputed university is an added advantage - 2-4 years of relevant work experience - E-Commerce or technology start-up experience - Overall strong, product and technology awareness/background - Hands on experience with mobile application design, interaction, usability - Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment - Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends - Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing - Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills
