Job Responsibilities: - Write well researched long-form content for videos &amp; blog articles. - Take ownership of the entire writing process, research, developing the structure, and write engaging content of both long and short form - for blogs, videos, social media posts, emailers, ads. - Manage, review &amp; edit copy written by freelancers, content writers. - Work with collaborators / junior team members/freelancers for managing the production &amp; localization of content for different geographies. - Familiar with the basics of SEO &amp; Social Media Posts / Ads Formats. Key Skills / Qualifications Required: - Being able to think creatively and generate new interesting content ideas. - 1-4 years of experience in copy/content writing for marketing communications. - Ability to work independently &amp; take ownership. - Excellent reading &amp; writing skills in English &amp; Hindi. - Familiar with the audience persona of Tier 2 &amp; Tier 3 Indian cities.
