Associate Growth Manager - Consumer Tech StartUp

Responsibilities :

- Strategise & Implement ASO & SEO techniques by doing keyword research, competitive research & analyzing market trends & best practices.

- Ideate, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written) for social media channels such as Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Communities.

- Maintain a social media calendar with relevant content topics to reach the customers.

- Liaising with copywriters, designers & video editors to develop content for the audience.

- Plan social media marketing strategies to increase followers & engagement

- Collaborate with other teams, like Paid media, Sales, Customer Support & Product to ensure brand consistency.

- Understanding of building and growing diverse communities.- Actively address grievances and comments from the users regarding organic social media activities (ORM).

Requirements :

- An understanding of and passion for Internet Business and services.

- Strong knowledge of keyword research, ASO & SEO, experience with tools like SEM Rush, Hubspot, Hootsuite & others.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Firebase, Ahref, App Annie, App Tweak, Hootsuite, Mail chimp or other Keyword tracking & social media tools.

- Understanding of social media best practices and campaigns.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to ideate creative content.

- Analytical and multitasking skills.

- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 1-4 yrs of experience in digital media / social media / community / growth marketing.
