- Educational institutions that partner with PaGaLGuY.com come in all shapes, sizes and target aspirant profile, and no one marketing solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide high value client service, research and market analysis.

- You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of PaGaLGuY's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their digital marketing campaign on the PaGaLGuY forum can reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities:

- Develop high-level relationships (often C-level / top management) to serve as a trusted consultant with major customers to optimize and expand their advertising/ student recruitment marketing investment. Drive annual digital marketing discussions and budgets with a focus on brand opportunities.

- Manage a portfolio of high-potential educational institutions and universities by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunity for growth, managing risks and creating multi-quarter plans for achievement. Own the P&L responsibility for the same.

- Meet or exceed assigned quota consistently, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding client sales experience.

- Coach peers in the organization to create skill enhancement that drives client growth and contributes to overall team success.

- Generate business plans by collaborating with the Client Servicing team and defining business goals, key strategies and success metrics.

Minimum qualifications:

- B.E./MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Min 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Client Servicing domain.

Beyond qualifications (Optional)

- Experience working with high growth advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. Proven experience influencing C-level stakeholders.

- Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy. Proven track record in sales and key account management. Ability to leverage your business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.

- Proven capability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

- Interest in working against an assigned quota and driving sustainable growth.

- A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance PaGaLGuY's forward-looking strategies within the education sector.
