Job Description :

Lead the operations for P2P and O2C in India

- Experienced in managing operations for procure to pay cycle,order to cash, operations management, setting up delivery teams for sourcing processes and analyzing best in class processes for continuous process improvement.

Lead the operations for P2P and O2C in India

Working knowledge of SAP and strong knowledge of GST

- Hands on operational and Shared Services skills in the areas of digital transformation, robotics process automation, sourcing strategy, procure to pay, Order to cash operations,, risk management

Develop a strong cadence with business stakeholders to consistently evaluate the performance of shared service against established targets

- Expert in developing and managing source to pay teams onshore and offshore for tactical purchasing, accounts parables, vendor management, category management, tail spend, analytics, e-sourcing, contract management, risk management, research, and transnational procurement.

Strong experience in setting up and running a shared service within Finance

Ability to conceptualize operational dashboard to report pending invoices, customer aging, pending GR- s, open reconciliation items, unapplied cash, amongst other

- Strong domain understanding for Procure to pay,Order to cash and treasury operations

- Drive and deliver process optimization initiatives to ensure they are fit to meet future demands and support business growth

- Responsible for developing capability in procurement analytics, transnational procurement, catalog management, vendor risk and other sourcing support functions
