Field: Electrical / Electronic / Biotechnology

- Handling e-filing and prosecution of patent applications such as handling office actions, valuating objections and prior arts cited, providing arguments, claim amendments and responses and attending hearings.

- Interacting with patent analysts, inventors and client organizations. Conducting novelty searches. Render freedom to operate (FTO) and invalidity opinions. Analyzing patentability criteria and providing recommendations on filing of the patent applications .
