About the Role :

We are looking for CRM Integration Specialist who can integrate our CTI with all the CRMs like ZOHO,Sales force, Microsoft Dynamics etc.., with 3+ years of experience to join our team to drive growth in South region. What Youll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities - CRM Integrations Lead

- He/she should have experience in CTI Integrations with different types of CRMs like Salesforce,ZOHO,Freshdesk,MS Dynamics etc.

- Should be able to develop/write the custom codes to integrate the SDKs of any of the CRMs.

- Knowledge in any of the coding skills like JAVA,Javascript,ReactJS,etc.., will be an added advantage.

- Should be able to take the ownership of our Cloud Telephony Integrations with any CRMs. - Should be able to use AWS code commit/Git for code repository.

Profile Requirements :

Basic criteria:

- Experience of min 3+years

- Must have skills in developing new user facing features using React.JS

- Must have technical knowledge in Java,JavaScript,React JS etc..,

- Passionate to create good design and usability

- A team player with excellent communication skills . Preferred Industry: Tech/SaaS companies with CRM background

Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
