Job Description : A Senior Manager - Operations & Delivery is a leadership position at OysterConnect.com. A Senior Manager Operations & Delivery will be responsible for leading a team of Associate and Lead Business Managers, each of whom will be individually responsible for delivering the requirements of multiple Project Clients. Following will be the key responsibilities of a Sr. Manager - Operations & Delivery : Customer Onboarding : - Work with Sales Managers to understand & clarify operational aspects of potential projects from new or existing clients. - Build the Project Details in alignment to customer requirements and our project management processes, structures, strengths, feasibilities, and insights. - Ensure process rigor and optimized efficiencies for all such new accounts/ projects. Team Management : - Manage a team comprising of Associate Business Managers and Lead Business Managers to Ensure that the KRAs and Deliverables of their individual accounts are getting met. - Derive and assign Project Targets on a Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis to the team as per your analysis of previous trends, growth rates, etc. - Support your team with ideas & strategies for resolving specific issues with their accounts and growing their accounts. - Conduct regular analysis of all accounts and implement process & system improvements to maximize efficiency, revenue, and profitability of the accounts. Inter-Departmental Engagement : - Engage with Sales Team to help onboard new clients. - Engage with Marketing & Alliances team to ensure continuous & timely flow of students onto Projects & Internships. - Engage with Top Management to implement ideas to improve operational efficiency. - Engage with Commercial Team to ensure timely raising of invoices for the assigned accounts. - Recommend simple features/ functionalities to the Product Team in order to improve user experience and efficiency on OysterConnect.com.
