About the Profile : A Senior Associate - Marketing at OysterConnect is a team management role where you will be responsible for driving and building OysterConnect's Marketing & Branding Function. Following will be the key responsibilities: Social Media Marketing : - Plan, Design and Run promotional campaigns across OysterConnect's Social Media Pages to get new followers and attract new users to the site - Manage OysterConnect's Social Media Pages on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. User Acquisition & Engagement: - Achieve continuous growth in OysterConnect's user base by running strategic promotional campaigns on various online platforms. - Run specific campaigns to achieve the requisite number of registrations & applications for our Client Partner Projects & Internships. - Build engaging content by connecting with old and current users, and using the same creatively to increase OysterConnect's ratings and followership. - Partner with Influencers on various platforms to garner brand visibility & users from their networks. - Build On-site Content to improve user engagement on the website & app. Content Marketing : - Build strategic content for Mailers, SMSes, Blogs, and Landing Pages to build engagement on OysterConnect's Blog and Website. Use one or more marketing software/ tools/ platforms for the same. - Use such high traction content to remarket and acquire new users & leads; generate brand awareness, visibility and recall for OysterConnect. Offline Branding : - Work with Manager Alliance and User Engagement to ensure the success of offline events such as the Annual Student Internship Awards. Analytics & Innovation : - Conduct continuous analysis of all marketing campaigns via Google Analytics to ensure the targeted output in terms of user growth and goal conversions. - Research and Partner with marketing platforms/ vendors/ softwares to drive, automate and build efficiencies in specific aspects of the Marketing department such as Chats, Dashboards, CRMs, Creative Tools & Softwares, etc. - Work closely with the Product Team to ensure engaging content, design and layouts for maximum engagement of visitors.
