About the Profile:

Manager - Marketing at OysterConnect is a Team Management & Content Strategy role where you will be responsible for driving and building OysterConnect's Marketing Function. As a part of the same, you will be required to manage OysterConnect's Digital Marketing Agency, Social Media, Content Freelancers and Affiliate Marketing Partners to ensure the following work & output is delivered.

Analytics & Strategy:

- Track all website and channel engagement indices on a daily basis to ensure the achievement of targeted output in terms of user growth and goal conversions.

- Plan the marketing calendar on a quarterly, monthly and weekly level and revisit the same on a fortnightly basis.

- Research and Partner with marketing platforms/ vendors/ softwares to drive, automate and build efficiencies in specific aspects of the Marketing department such as Chats, Dashboards, CRMs, Creative Tools & Softwares, etc.

- Work closely with the Product Team & Top Management to ensure engaging content & UI for visitors, incorporate valuable remarketing strategies, and determine other important changes on a need basis.

User Growth & Engagement:

- Achieve continuous growth in OysterConnect's students & young professionals user base by running strategic promotional campaigns on various Social Media & Digital Marketing Channels.

- Build Awareness & Visibility among Industry Professionals to get interests & sign-ups from them to become Masterclass Mentors.

- Partner with Influencers, Affiliates, Campuses, Associations, etc. on various platforms to garner brand visibility & users from their networks.

- Plan & Implement strategic Social Media campaigns & daily features for OysterConnect's Social Media Pages to increase Social Media followership, User Engagement & Virality.

- Build Events, Programs, Sponsorships and Partnerships to leverage specific trends & seasonalities to generate brand awareness and growth.

Content Marketing:

- Derive methods of getting user generated content and use the same creatively to increase OysterConnect's ratings and followership.

- Email Marketing - Analyse and identify specific target segments and build interesting mailers to engage and generate business from them.

- Blogging - Create strategic content for marketing, lead generation & user engagement in the form of Blogs/ White Papers/ Case Studies/ etc.

- Build strategic Web content like Blogs, Videos, Landing Pages to improve engagement on OysterConnect's Website, Mobile App and Blog Site.
