About the Profile -&nbsp; - The Manager will be expected to build the brand of OysterConnect amongst Students &amp; Educational Institutions via Advocacy, Alliances &amp; Partnerships. Below is the detailed description of the key responsibilities. Advocacy -&nbsp; - Engage with Institute Representatives (Directors / Placement Heads / Authorized Committees) across the country to build&nbsp;awareness about Live Projects and the importance of incorporating them into the curriculum - Conduct presentations to college students and improve their awareness about Live Projects and their importance - Engage with TPOs to build awareness of OysterConnect.comâ€™s Internship product - Engage with Campus Ambassadors to run various on ground initiatives Alliances - - Work with interested colleges to get them to recognize the work done by students on Projects provided by OysterConnect and provide them with curriculum credits - Sign up with Colleges to become a company of choice for Internship Programs by ensuring that a minimum of 10% of the batch is signing up for an Internship via OysterConnect Partnerships - - Partner with student centric platforms via barter deals to increase footfall on the portal - Engage with student bodies within a college to roll out various barter deals User Acquisition - - Develop keen analytics by using various internal reports to determine means to drive Student Registration &amp; Engagement on OysterConnect.com - Implement OysterConnect Referral program to improve registration and applications on the portal - Run online and offline campaigns to expand the user base to school students, freelancers and work from home professionals Inter-Departmental Engagement - - Work closely with Project Management team to acquire user forecasting reports and use it to drive user acquisition activities - Work closely with the OysterConnect.comâ€™s Business Managers to run Intern Recruitment Drives at various Campuses Branding and Communication - - Build high quality mailers to engage with Directors, TPOs, Partners and Students - Engage with Top Management and incorporate their inputs to ensure all content and communication is aligned to overall organizationâ€™s proposition and brand promise - Coordinate with Vendors to ensure error free implementation of offline marketing collaterals Desired Candidate Profile -&nbsp; Interpersonal Skills - High on integrity : Does not ever overpromise High on energy : Passionate about speaking to Students; Is excited about engaging with Colleges &amp; other Partners Communicates to convince and is proactive in resolving any concerns Deadline Orientation - - Takes initiative to achieve targets in a timely and effective manner - Comfortable with targets and works in a methodical manner to ensure 100% achievement - General Awareness - Excellent understanding of the economy - Is aware of the issues faced in the Higher Education system - Knows how to align the conversation to the needs of Institutions and Partners by citing trends and scenarios Technical Skills - - Excellent Written Communication Skills : Can write effective proposals - Excellent at MS Excel NOTE: This job will require at least 2 days of local travel every week.
