Zone Head - Lucknow ROLE : - We are looking for Zone Head, who would be driving end to end business operations in the geography ensuring profitability, team management and meeting stakeholder expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Proven Sales Leader with clear focus to drive daily, weekly and Monthly Offline GMV numbers on a sustainable basis. - Manage end to end P&L for the Zone. - Responsible for meeting the supply/acquisition targets and identifying new supply/acquisition avenues. - Responsible for managing operations (Transformation, Quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience ( Onwer & Guest). - Drive the Online & offline channels. Close liaising with the online team and ensure meeting of the URN (Used Room Nights) targets. - Building sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective. - Ability to hire and manage a team of high key Resources. - Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE : - Qualification- MBA (Premier institute is a must) - 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Category management with P&L management PEOPLE MANAGEMENT : - Initiate and develop longer-term goals and plans to guide the work of the team in line with organizational objectives - Allocate resources to ensure achievement of business outcomes and contribute to wider workforce planning - Monitor performance against standards and take timely corrective actions PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : - Team working spirit and excellent communication skills - Highly motivating and encouraging as a guide - Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating - Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles - Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams - Sound commercial understanding of business issues and opportunities - Clear understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues - Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
