Job Summary : OYO is looking for senior leaders who will be responsible for building capabilities and driving revenue through OYO's direct demand channels such as App and Website. You will be responsible for the overall online marketing strategy for International Markets and will deploy levers across various marketing platforms and partners to drive growth. 3. Responsibilities : We are looking for a visionary leader with strategic and analytical bent of mind; you shall be leading a team of 140+ employees. You will be leading 4-5 verticals and will be providing Leadership support to AVPs, Directors and Senior Managers. - Building and leading a large team to setup online marketing vertical for International Markets by recruiting the right talent - Responsible for handling, grooming, nurturing and performance management of the team and prepare people who ready leadership roles - Launching and scaling online marketing efforts for OYO across all digital platforms - Taking complete ownership of driving revenue through marketing while, ensuring monthly targets achievement - Working on building brand in a new geography and work closely with leadership to help scale online business - Building growth strategies/models for full funnel Marketing. - Setting processes for support functions including but not limited to agencies for communications, creative design and social media - Responsible for managing the entire customer life cycle starting from acquisition to retention - Deliver maximum efficiency on Marketing budgets and employ strategies to improve efficiency over time. 4.
