Job Summary: The Foreign Exchange Trader will oversee and complete foreign currency trades on foreign exchanges and over the counter with Banks. Duties/Responsibilities: - Recommends products based on international currency markets to effectively manage currency and interest rate risk. - Oversees and maintains the organization's foreign currency market position. - Executes foreign currency transactions for legal entities across group. - Monitor the exposure in different variables and hedge ratios. - Advises FP&amp;A on foreign markets and fluctuations and currency rates to be used for planning. - Feed into risk management strategy along with implementation and execution of hedging strategies. - MTM reporting Required Skills/Abilities: - Thorough understanding of international markets. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Thorough understanding of trading software and brokerages. - Ability to study markets to identify patterns and indicators. - Sound knowledge of derivative products Education and Experience: - Regular MBA / CA / CFA - At least two years of experience as forex trader. Supervisory Responsibilities: - May oversee colleagues, work when tasks are related to currency exchanges.
