Job Description:- A great opportunity for people looking to build their career in hospitality Chat sales processes at OYO Vacation Homes.
- We are looking for bright candidates who are enthusiastic, rigor driven and go extra mile to bring business for the company.
- As a part of the process, you will be responsible for owning and managing the team & operations who give a personalized assistance to our European guests reaching out to us over chat.
- Through this you will become an important part of the revenue & GX team for one of the biggest vacation rental chains in EU region.
See below the skills and experience required to be a part of the same:- Overall work experience of the candidate must be equal to or more than 4 years (experience in OYO is a plus)
- Experience in sales process ; inbound/outbound sales, channel based sales, B2C sales, Offline sales preferable
- Experience with managing high revenue sales environment, chat tools and hospitality, OTAs, etc. will be a plus
- Candidate must be comfortable with roster based rotating shifts
- 2 shifts : Day and Evening
- Strong communication skills is a must
- Responsible for delivering Conversion & Chat Revenue Targets
- Ensuring responses to inquiries within the stipulated FRt and AHTs
- Preparing and executing the rosters and shift management for the team
- Organizing regular training and ensuring minimal agent error %
- Publishing daily and weekly data wrt team and agent performance
- Auditing the inquiries and responses to identify problem areas and suggest optimal resolutions
- Working with the team in variable shifts and timings to provide on-the-go support and also work with internal teams to resolve priority issues.
- Both written and spoken English must be flawless
- Candidate will own chat team's performance, operations and deliverables high quality team management skills needed
- End to end owner ship of managing the team driving conversion/revenue through pre-booking chat
- Strong knowledge of MS. Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is desirable -
- Good analytical skills to manage big dashboards and taking actions basis the findings an results
- Candidate must possess street smartness, be creative and acquire skills / tactics to do quick sales
- Candidates can earn exciting incentives or rewards based on performance every month
- Candidate will need to work closely with Quality Team to improve - knowledge of quality management will be a plus
