- To manage listings of properties on all OTAs within specified TAT & in an efficient manner
- Excellent stakeholder management skills viz. Revenue, Performance, Business development teams
- Continuous reinvention of processes to embrace cost efficiency
- Relationship management with OTAs
- Team management skills
- Set up of interventions at various points of listing process
- Knowledge of quality checks in operations
- Prior know-how of listing management would be a bonus
- Advanced level of skills at Excel & data tracking & analysis
- Exposure to international markets or catalogue operations management would be preferred
Target industries- ecommerce, online consumer internet companies, fintech, online food delivery, online healthcare, FMCG, online hospitality, online logistics
Qualitative aptitude- hustler, an eye for detail, problem solving skills, self-driven, excellent leadership skills, customer obsession, high on ownership, ability to invent & simplify, bias for action, team management. Passionate about startup ecosystem, entrepreneurial mind-set
Quantitative aptitude- must be metrics driven, exceptional analytical skills, first principle approach, and ability to simplify processes / problem statement
Experience- 2-3 years of work exp. in any of the aforementioned industries, B.Tech. + MBA from Tier 1 College
