Role and Responsibilities: - Central point of contact for all teams to understand issues & provide end to end resolutions by liaising with various departments at the center in the lowest possible TAT - Close coordination with tech to solve problems through product interventions - Independently drive initiatives towards process improvement and automation - Work with data to track & publish key metrics along with generating key insights for business - Maintain documentation of new processes and related activities for reference purposes - Analyze trends of issues pertaining to specific departments, prepare reports/dashboards and develop scalable solutions to address the problem areas - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive a common agenda Required Skills: - 2+ years of experience leading a team in customer service function - Strong influencing, communication, and people management skills - Ability to work with cross-functional senior leaders and management team - Result driven with a knack for attention to detail and passion to get things done - Well versed with MS Excel and comfortable with analysis Desired Skills: - Past experience in driving process excellence initiatives - Hands on experience of customer service tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
