OYO Rooms - Talent Acquisition Professional (3-5 yrs)
Talent Acquisition :
Objective of the Job : Create a strong talent pool through constant internal assessment and external head hunting
Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing :
- Ensure 100% staffing as per the agreed People Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Support functional managers in getting the right candidates for diversified roles in the Company
- Head hunt leadership candidates and source the right candidates for our leadership roles
- Liaise with external vendors in sourcing the right candidates
- Enhance the portal utilisation by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
- Periodic mass recruitment drives
- Enhance the employee referral programs
Assessment & Negotiation :
- Develop tools to do a pre-assessment of cultural & positional fit of the aspirant candidates
- Negotiate salary fixation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organisation
Planning :
- Support hiring managers in preparing their people AOP
- Design the campus hiring calendar in sync with the campuses' placement schedule
- Liaise with hiring managers and prepare the internal talent pool ready for diversified roles in the organisation
Financial Management :
- Respect the hiring budgets set from time to time
- Maximise the sourcing tool utilisation within the available resources
- Optimise awarding CTC across roles
PR :
- Enhance the pull effect of OYO by publishing people experiences on social media and other recruitment search engines
- Engage aspirant candidates by reducing the recruitment TAT
- Attending seminars and campus drives frequently
Hygiene Factors :
- Ensure 100% on-boarding of team members by liaising with HRBP/HR Admin
- Periodic feedback on the people experience mainly concentrating on the probationers
Reporting :
- Prepare monthly scorecard on staffing
- Prepare the cost card of recruitment & help managers with key insights on the opportunities in sourcing candidates at different roles
- Prepare the TAT of staffing highlighting the candidate experience; time taken to close postions
Key Skills Required :
- Experience in mass recruitment
- Psychometric analysis
- Strong negotiation skills
- Data Analytics
- Managerial Skills
Experience :
- A minimum of 3 to 5 Years of Experience in a multi level recruitment
- Campus recruitment experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales team recruitment
- Experience in recruitment agency is also acceptable
Other requirements :
- Post graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Excel is a must and fair knowledge in operating any ERP is an added advantage
Salary Offered : 8 LPA
