Stock Head will be responsible for the management and maintenance of all Stock in the hub. He/She will lead a team that will drive relations with owners, resolving their grievances, owning Customer experience and Operational Efficiency. 1. People Leadership: - Build a team of high performing ABHs &amp; ABMs in line with Operating plan - Own learning &amp; development of the team in conjunction with the larger learning plan of the organization - Drive performance of team members based on KPIs by building and driving a strong review mechanism 2. Stock Management: - Manage entire stock in the hub to ensure constant availability of SRNs - Deploy ABMs, R&amp;Ms and other resources at the property to win-back churned properties - Align team to drive solve for SMART inputs - Own enhancement of Take rate 3. Superior Guest Experience: - Build a customer-centric culture in the hub and own Customer experience for the entire hub - Drive adherence of OYO standards and quality measures - Identify challenges and devise initiatives that can elevate the customer experience - Ensure the local legal terms are well adhered to 4. Stakeholder Management: - Classify owners basis criticality and set up a rhythm for meeting with owners to solve for complex owner issues and resolve any escalations - Leverage relations with owners to drive proactive resolution of issues - Drive owner engagement to maintain customer experience in properties - Work and coordinate with central teams to drive various initiatives across the portfolio 5. Operations Efficiency: 1. Drive cost consciousness to improve Operations efficiency
