Reporting Structure: - Position reports to Global Head of tax/ Country Finance Head Role in brief - Responsible for compliances (direct & indirect) for Vacation Home Business in Europe - Handling Tax Litigation in overseas countries - Tax planning for all inter & intra group transactions - Targets to meet ETR for both direct & indirect taxes. - Cross country Treaty analysis and PE exposure - Tax compliances for Europe. Have knowledge about TOMS structure Key factor - Should be able to lead the role independently. - Work closely with overseas advisors, consultants and business teams. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Self-motivated. - Stakeholder management.
